Vibrant Health is extremely honored to announce we have earned Silver Level certification as a Family Friendly Workplace™ from the United Way St. Croix Valley’s Success by 6 initiative. This certification recognizes businesses that actively invest in programs and practices that support employees and their families. Our family friendly practices were recognized for offering a variable day or week work schedule for employees (this includes flexing schedules to work around family needs). Employee benefits coverage which includes paying for a portion of family health insurance, generous employer contributions to an HSA and offering a flexible spending account which includes a dependent care account.
