At all of our locations Vibrant Health will be implementing a new scheduling, registration, lab ordering, and billing system starting May 30, 2017. This system will be much more efficient and helpful to our staff once we fully implement. In the early days of implementation please have patience with our staff as they schedule your appointment and check you in for your clinic visit. Our staff will need to verify your demographic information and ask a few other questions to assure the transition from our previous system is accurate. Our hope is to make updates as efficient as possible.
During our system upgrade, some patients may receive statements that look different. This is due to pending charges in our previous billing system from dates of service prior to the new billing system implementation. The statements will have different account numbers, but the statements should be clear and make sense. If not, our Business Office will be happy to assist you.
