Effective August 1, 2019, Vibrant Health Family Clinics will join the growing family of Fairview Health Services.

What does this change mean for Vibrant Health patients?

We will continue to see patients at our three sites in River Falls, Ellsworth, and Spring Valley. We will maintain the same hours at all three sites and see patients 7 days a week with same day walk-in available in the River Falls location. Patients will continue to call the same number to schedule an appointment and will have access to the Business Office, Referral Office, medication refills and your medical record. There will be no immediate changes to the building or its branding.

Can I still see my doctor?

All of the physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants currently working for Vibrant Health will continue to see patients at the same locations after August 1. The transition will not impact your ability to see the Healthcare Provider of your choice. This partnership will connect patients to specialty care through Fairview and University of Minnesota Health.

How will this impact my insurance coverage?

Vibrant Health will join all Fairview Health Services insurance networks and contracts, effective August 1, 2019. If you have questions about how this transition may impact insurance coverage, we encourage you to contact your insurer directly.

How does this change or impact the relationship with our local hospital and Allina? Can I still go to the River Falls Hospital?

Vibrant Health values the long-standing relationship we have with the staff at the River Falls Area Hospital and will continue to provide exceptional care to the patients on our campus. You have the freedom to choose any clinic or hospital you choose, but should always check with your insurance provider to determine if care at the site of choice is covered by your insurance plan.
